To lodge disclosure returns, you will first need to register as a user in EDS.
The type of account you can register for depends on your intended use of EDS and your role; in particular, whether you are a public or political entity. For detailed legislative guidance on these roles, and their funding and disclosure requirements, please see the ECQ handbooks and guides at: https://www.ecq.qld.gov.au/candidates-and-parties/handbooks-and-forms
Public entities register through the EDS registration process. For more details see Registration as a Public Entity: https://edshelpcentre.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002783807-Registration-as-a-Public-Entity
Political Entities do not need to register directly in EDS – this process is automated when an entity registers with ECQ. For more details see Registration as Political Entity: https://edshelpcentre.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002896988-Registration-as-Political-Entity
